请教各位，在STEP7 Professional V14中搭建好1500的PLC和PC station.按照说明都搭建好以后，想用Station configuration editor配置PC站，添加了IE General以后，死活加不了OPC Server，也删除不了已经添加的IE General.一直要求重启，重启了也没啥效果。

提示：

make sure that no comunication or diagnostics is active over a component configuration over a compont

if conponents are added in the component configuration the entire PC station is reconfigured but the existing datebase is retained.

点OK以后

提示：

the action is not possible.the station is still being used by another program at index 0;you can now close the relecant applications and repeat the action or restart the PC

重启以后：什么都没有改变，依然不能添加也不能修改

diagnostics里显示最多的信息是：

1 reconfiguration was aborted,some indexs are still being used by other applications

2 some applications still have connections to the softBus ,the station can not be reconfigured
