最近在入门级学西门子的时候老外讲课做些了笔记分享给大伙，最近在论坛也学到不少知识，希望这个分享也能帮到大伙

具有安全集成功能SIEMENS840dsl系统更换部件后一般需要做以下两步，在更换的时候确

认是否需要，如需要的话按照如下进行

一，Confirming the new components Synchronizing checksums

确认同步校验和的新组件

Checksums are used to protect the safety-relevant parameters of all NC axes against

unauthorized write access or to detect changes at the machine (e.g. new encoder).

校验和用于保护所有NC轴的安全相关参数，防止未经授权的写访问或检测机器上的更改

(例如新的编码器)。

When the control starts up, the checksums of the safety-relevant parameters are generated

and compared with the respective nominal values. If the control determines a difference,

an alarm the drive-integrated safety technology is output and the drives are stopped. The

checksums must be synchronized after replacing the drive components:

当控件启动时，将生成与安全性相关的参数的校验和，并与相应的值进行比较。如果有差

异，则输出驱动器集成安全的警报并停止。校验和必须在更换驱动组件后同步:

Condition

■ The machine has been switched ON.

1. Call up the machine data of the checksums by entering “checksum” in the search

window.

■ Machine data 36998 MA_SAFE_ACT_CHECKSUM[1] shows the currently output

checksum of the components that are currently installed. The checksum shown here can

not be changed.

机器数据36998 MA_SAFE_ACT_CHECKSUM[1]显示当前安装的组件的当前输出校验

和。此处显示的校验和不能更改。

Machine data 36999 MA_SAFE_DES_CHECKSUM[1] shows the checksum stored in the

control. The checksum shown here can be changed. For all NC axes, the checksums of

the ACT machine data index [1] must be identical to the DES machine data index [1]!

机床数据36999 MA_SAFE_DES_CHECKSUM[1]显示了存储在控件中的校验和。这里显

示的校验和可以更改。对于所有NC轴，ACT机床数据MD36998[1]的校验和必须与DES机

器数据MD36999【1】相同

■ Do NOT make any changes to DES machine dataMD36999 with [0] and [2]!

Only make change to【1】

不要对DES机器数据MD36999[0]和[2]做任何更改！只能能修改【1】的数据

2. Read out the current value of machine data 36998 MA_SAFE_ACT_CHECKSUM[1] and

enter it in machine data 36999 MA_SAFE_DES_CHECKSUM[1]. Press Enter to confirm

your entry.

2. 读取机床数据36998 MA_SAFE_ACT_CHECKSUM[1]的当前值，将其输入到机床数据

36999 MA_SAFE_DES_CHECKSUM[1]中。按Enter确认输入。

3. Perform a warm start.

二，Confirming the new components of the integrated safety

equipment.确认带有安全集成功能设备的新组件

The components of the integrated safety equipment must be confirmed in the machine

data after replacement.

具有安全集成功能的设备组件更换后必须在机床数据中进行确认。

Conditions

■ The machine has been switched ON.

机床开启

■ Checksum of the new components checked and adjusted.

校验和已经校验完成

1. Call up machine data "p9702", set the value to 29 and ress <Enter> to confirm. The

machine data“P9702” changes automatically back to 0. The new components of the

integrated safety equipment are confirmed.

调用机床数据“p9702”，将值设置为29，并按<Enter>确认。机床数据P9702自动变为0。

安全设备的新部件确认完成。

2. Select <File >Save changes.

3. Perform a warm start.

经过如上两步操作，之后新的具有安全集成的组件会被系统重新识

别并接受

关于安全集成的话题类帖子在论坛里少之又少，但我相信安全集成的应用是必然趋势，早一点了解相关内容会有很实际的作用

学习了。我们更换新元件时是把比较等级降低，P9906=3。
