On March 23, Xi'an Technician College was conferred the title "Siemens CNC Training Center, Xi'an "(Siemens 802 D), which was the first authorized training institution by Siemens 802D series in region northwest. People attending the ceremony are: Sha Dexian, the deputy commissioner of Administration of Labor and Social Security in Shaanxi; Wang Xiaoping, the deputy director of Bureau of Labor and Social Security in Xi'an; Zhang Mingcai, the vice-president of Xidian Group of China; Ye Jianfeng, the manager of Siemens in charge of Asian business ; Chen Shiye, the deputy of the training department of Siemens A&D Group; Hua Minzhi, the chairman of board in Xi'an Technician College; Li Changjiang, the president of College; Wang Changkui, The secretary of the Party committee of College; and, also the part customer representatives.

In the ceremony, Li Changjiang, the president of College, in behalf of Xi'an Technician College expressed his warm welcome and whole-hearted thanks to all of the leaders from Administration of Labor and Social Security, Xidian Group of China and Siemens. He looked back the training history in CNC, said in the speech that the founding of Siemens CNC Training Center Xi'an would benefit from advanced training model, training concept and service & support, the cooperation between the Center and the College would bring technical training and service, so as to the manufacture base would be constructed and the economy developed as possible.

Ye Jianfeng, the manager of Siemens in charge of Asian business, and, Chen Shiye, the deputy of the training department of Siemens A&D Group gave a speech respectively, in which, firstly, they introduced briefly 802D series and its success in China market, then, they also expressed that the Center would take full advantage of the resources advantage of the College and the technology advantage of Siemens, what's more, the Center would serve for the development of economy in Xi'an.

Wang Xiaoping, the deputy director of Bureau of Labor and Social Security in Xi'an, said in speech "The ceremony means the win-win cooperation between Siemens and Xi'an Technician College has walked a firm step in CNC training of Xi'an, even of the northwest of China. The founding of Siemens CNC Training Center in Xi'an meets the need of developing Xi'an embodied fully their foreseeing the training. Xi'an Technician College is expected to learn from German vocational training concept and its training model in order to quicken the step of training senior workers in CNC, which is a beneficial attempt for international enterprise-college cooperation in training senior technical talent, and, will contribute to the development of economy in Xi'an".
