Siemens Industry Sector consists of divisions of Industry Automation & Drive Technologies, Industry Solutions, Transportation, Building Technologies and Osram. IA&DT is a pillar of Siemens business. In China, IA&DT has 16 operating companies and over 60 regional offices with about 10,000 employees. Dedicated to China's automation applications, IA&DT has been active in diversified industries, including iron and steel, machinery, metals, food and beverage, packaging, automotive, power, petrochemical, as well as aerospace and astronautics. A nationwide hotline system offers Siemens' customers services around-the-clock.

Totally Integrated Automation (TIA)
TIA technology has successfully enabled the integration of a wholly automated system in the process of production, both vertically and horizontally. Based on the concept of a networked platform, TIA solution covers the complete process of production, ranging from design, engineering, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance, to updating and modernization. It optimizes the product whole lifecycle, allowing seamless interoperability and transparency by providing shared data management, communication and engineering environment. TIA platform facilitates to improve engineering cost-efficiency, and cut product lifecycle cost, meeting the international requirements on production cost optimization. TIA is an ideal automation platform for industry.

Totally Integrated Power (TIP)
TIP provides totally integrated power distribution solutions to industrial constructions, commercial buildings, infrastructures and residential buildings with complete high quality, modular, integrated distribution products and systems; TIP also offers easy, fast and reliable software tools to help design and production, save electrics engineers a great amount of time, and ensure the security, reliability and economy of distribution system. In addition, TIP is helpful in facilities arrangement and stop, fault preventive maintenance, inspection schedule, power consumption to ensure the safety and economic operation of the distribution system by providing a distribution monitor system solution and real time information in the systems to operators for the operation and maintenance of the distribution systems. TIP not only provides high quality and energy-saving distribution products, also a ideal solution for distribution systems to optimize the cost of design, operation and maintenance of distribution systems.
