Siemens Process Analytics Co., Ltd Shanghai was named by East Time Automation Co., Ltd., Shanghai which was located in the Shanghai Export & Import Processing Zone. 2006, East Time Automation Co., Ltd., was purchased by Siemens A&D Group and changed name to Siemens Process Analytics Co. Ltd., Shanghai (SPAS) being a Siemens operating company. The business scope of the company includes developing, processing and manufacturing industry automatic equipments, instruments and apparatus, sale of self-manufactured products, after-sales technical service.

SPAS has independent both material warehouse (acreage: 200m2) and finished-products warehouse (acreage: 500m2). Number of the employees is 60.
