In late May, 2008, "The 4th Siemens A&D AS System Integrator Management Training—Excellent Leadership in Project", organized by Business Development Department of AS BU, is held in Changsha.

The training attracts great attention from Automation System Integrators, and 22 executive leaders of System Integrators from various industries participated in it. On the welcome meeting, Mr. Veltes, the General Manager of AS BU, gave an opening speech, and together with Mr. Zhang Jinsong, the manager of Business Development Department, made a detailed introduction of Solution Partner Program that will launch in China. This promotion program will improve the International competitiveness and technical capabilities of the Automation System Integrators, and therefore it gains general acceptance.

In the next two days, under the guidance of senior teachers of Siemens Management Institute, the executive leaders of Automation System Integrators discussed the importance of leadership skills in modern enterprise, experienced the influence of leadership behavior in big projects, and shared the successful experience of some managers.

This training not only improves the management and leadership skills of the Automation System Integrators and strengthens the relationship between them and Siemens, but also effectively promotes Solution Partnership Program.
