On Sept. 17^th, through the endeavor of Siemens(China) Co. (Siemens) region southwest and Chongqing Sichuan Instrument Co.(SIC), a cooperation contract was signed between these two companies, which means the ally was formally founded between the largest instrument company in the world and the largest instrument company in China.

This cooperation was stimulated by the attraction of the large instrument market in China, whose market value was almost 26.8 billion dollars and increasing rate was no less than 10%. And the reason why Siemens chose SIC was SIC's own advantage. SIC was the biggest instrument manufacturing base, which possessed a great marketing system and a national technique center. It was a sound channel for Siemens to enter China instrument market.

After the foundation of the ally, Siemens will cooperate with SIC in many fields, such as pressure measuring instrument, controlling system, analytic instrument system integration and so on. Siemens will provide its advanced products to SIC in order to increase SIC's sales revenue per year by 50% so as to strengthen the leading position of SIC in domestic market.

The executive vice president of Siemens(China) Co., Mr. Schmidt attended the signing ceremony, and they met Chongqing standing vice mayor, Mr. Huang Qifan, both of whom believed the success of this cooperation and gave their devout wishes to each other.
