SIMBOX is one product of electrical installation technical department, i.e. "Mini Distribution box", which is mainly used for civil and industrial lighting control.

SIMBOX had two types before: one is imported from Germany wit original packaging (with plastic hutch), the other is composed of imported components frame and domestic hutch (with metal material). Both have different sizes.

In the new year,SIMBOX mini distribution box will stride forward to nationalization. Under the precondition of retaining the imported product, it will change the second kind of product into whole home-made, and increase two loops: 15 and 18 loops(the original loops are 12, 24, 36, 48).This decision is based on the marketing and investigation (according to Siemens' retailers and customer's use), and the size of the loop is made according to the imported product.

After nationalization, various aspects will be improved:

First, the delivery speed will be greatly increased because of faster transport;

Second, the product series will be more complete(there are no 15,18 loops in imported products),and choices for customers to select are more;

Third, after nationalization, the reduced cost and the increased profit give Siemens and JV a win-win phase. And this cooperation will help JV to develop its function better.

In price, the sheet price for distributor and retailer keeps unchanged, while the discount for distributors will be greatly raised, so the distributor can get a good profit space, which is advantageous for the development of ET retail business.

From 15th, Dec to June, we will recommend various type gradually.Since the enthusiastic response of the market, samples will be sent to every region recently, and meanwhile SITL will store large amount of stock.

Electrical Installation Technical Department will recommend SIMBOX Universal at end of April, which is wholly home-made and aimed at ordinary building market with small size, low price and high quality.
