SINUMERIK 802D solution line is an operating panel control unit which combines all the components of a CNC control system (CNC, PLC, HMI) in one unit. A decentralized, simplified system structure with innovative drive technology, DRIVE-CLiQ interface enables six digital drives to be connected. The peripherals are linked up via the PROFIBUS DP. This makes installation as simple as possible and requires only minimal wiring. The functionality of this control unit makes it ideal for use with standard turning and milling machines. The modular drive system offers maximum flexibility for all applications. Integration of the SINUMERIK 802D sl connect the following components: up to two electronic hand wheels, mini handheld operating unit, machine control panel via I/O module PP 72/48 or via MCPA module, the MCPA module is plugged in on the rear of the PCU 210. MCPA module contains connections for the machine control panel and also analog interface for the analog spindle. Up to three I/O modules PP 72/48 can be connected.
