In fact, it is based on our SINUMIERIK 810D which enjoys world wide renown and success. But there's a subtle difference: you no longer need the usual program description for workpiece machining based on DIN 66025. With ShopMill, the interactive user interface is user-friendly. During and entire session, the screen presents a sequence of easy-to-understand icons which represent machining substems.

ShopMill can be integrated with tool management and measure cycle through EASYSTEP, which offers full openness and flexibility, you will reach your target quickly and easy with strong diagnosis and monitoring.

Fast and direct way to access the disk and Ethernet. The large mold-making programming (created from CAD/CAM programming) is compatible on the ShopMill.

ShopTurn uses the experience of ShopMill and ManualTurn, not only fit for turning and milling. It is another new software. As it focuses on the milling, you can make the program freely with the experience of arts and crafts of milling in stead of Siements know-how.

ShopTurn has the same kind of programming, same look and feel as it bases on ShopMill and ManualTurn.

Focusing on the users, spindle machining, counter spindle management, tool machining, the finishing workpiece can be displayed via 3D slmulatively.

The hardware mainly support SINUMERIK 810D,SINUMERIK 840D, PCU20 and PCU50, accessible to the disk and Ethernet.
