The China International machine Tool Show, CIMT'2007, celebrates not only its 10th anniversary but proofs with 1100 local and foreign machine tool builders and suppliers, that the largest machine tool show in China has become one of the most important shows in the world.

The CNC market in China is still growing strong but machine builders and suppliers have to adapt fast to the changing environment. Low end and mid range machine tools have been dominating the market while high end machines have been imported to a large extend. At the same time low end machines move up in quality and performance and local machine tool works develop and manufacture more and more high-end machinery for the local but also export market.
