职位描述：

工作职责：

• 为客户解答基于Drive/Motor产品方面的技术问题；

• 为用户提供满意的热线技术支持服务；

• 在 Drive/Motor产品或系统设计，安装，调试，运行及服务等阶段提供技术支持、咨询以及故障处理；

• 为业务部门的关键项目提供技术支持及咨询；

• 技术讲座/培训，或功能测试及开发；

• 撰写或翻译技术文档及通过网站进行技术支持；

教育：

• 本科或以上学历

• 自动化控制、电力电子、机电一体化、机械设计、电子工程、电机相关专业

 知识/语言：

• 扎实的工业自动化及控制理论知识

• 熟悉机电一体化、电力电子, 电机拖动或运动控制的相关知识

• 良好的英语阅读及口语能力

 经验：

• 3年以上电气自动化行业的工作经验；

• 3年以上自动化系统、 驱动系统或Motor使用经验；

• 3年以上驱动工程或现场应用经验；

• 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

• 具备IT网络、云知识、NX MCD和PLC知识背景优先。

Drive Technical Support Engineer

Position:  Drive Technical Support Engineer

Location: Beijing

Job description:

Tasks:

• Support customer to solve the technical problem based on Siemens drive/motor product;

• Technical hotline support to customer till customers are satisfied;

• Support, consulting and troubleshooting during drive /motor product or system designing,installation, commissioning, operation and service;

• Support some key project for business department;

• Technical Training/Seminar, or function test and development;

• Write or translate technical documents, technical support duty through website.

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above;

• Majoring in Automation, Power and Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Electronics Engineering and Motor or related field.

Knowledge/Languages:

• Solid knowledge of industry automation system and control theory;

• Familiar with Mechantronics,  power electronics, motor drive technology and motion control theory;

• Good English in reading and speaking.

Experience:

• 3+ years working experience in electrical automation industry;

• At least 3 years working experience in automation system, drive system, motor and so on;

• At least 3 years experience in drive engineering or onsite application;

• Good skill in communication & team work is required;

• Preferred for the people with IT Network, Cloud knowledge, NX MCD and PLC knowledge.
