WINCC 打开问题

 Open winCC explorer 
 Open 04_Serve 
 Open wincproj 
 Open OS(1) 
 Double click OS(1).mcp 
  

 And then we found pop-up message :

 The configured server is not available.

 Do you want to open project using the local computer as the server ?

 We click ‘ Start server locally ‘

 And then we found pop-up message :

 Open WinCC project

 The user does not have the rights to perform this action !

 Please check the assignment of the current user 

 of the user groups in Windows.

 We click ‘OK’

 And then we found pop-up message :

 Error

 ! The E:\wincc\04_serve\wincproj\OS(1)\OS(1).mcp

 File could not be loaded.

 We click ‘OK’

 And then the window closed and the project could not be open.
