职位描述:

工作职责:

• 为客户解答基于Siemens PLC产品方面的技术问题；

• 为用户提供满意的热线技术支持服务；

• 在PLC系统设计，安装，组态调试等阶段提供技术支持和咨询；

• 技术讲座/培训，或功能测试；

• 撰写或翻译技术文档及通过网站进行技术支持。

教育:

• 本科或以上学历

• 自动化与控制相关专业

知识/语言:

• 扎实的工业自动化及控制理论知识

• 良好的英语阅读及口语能力

经验:

• 3年以上自动化行业的工作经验；

• 2年以上工业通讯和PLC使用经验；

• 2年以上自动化工程或现场应用经验；

• 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

• 具备IT网络背景，或者具备C /C+ + / C＃, ASP.Net编程经验者优先；

Requirement of Technical Support Engineer

Position:  PLC Technical Support Engineer

Location: Beijing

Required time: As soon as possible

Job description:

Tasks:

• Support customer to solve the technical problem based on Siemens PLC product;

• Technical hotline support to customer till customers are satisfied;

• Support and consulting during PLC system designing, installation, programming, commissioning etc;

• Technical Training/Seminar, or function test;

• Write or translate technical documents, technical support duty through website.

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Majoring in Automation or related field

Knowledge/Languages:

• Solid knowledge of industry automation system and control theory

• Good English in reading and speaking

Experience:

• 3+ years working experience in automation industry;

• At least 2 years working experience in PLC, industrial communication and so on;

• At least 2 years experience in automation engineering or onsite application;

• Good skill in communication & team work is required;

• Preferred for the people with IT network experiences or with programming skills, such as: C /C+ + / C＃, ASP.Net,etc.
