Prerequisite: Minimum SINUMERIK Operate SW 2.6 SP1, this Operate software is available with 828D SW 4.3 (or later):

A zip file with 3 files is provided in the Appendix:

easyscreen.ini
systemconfiguration.ini
Copy this data into the path CF Card/oem/sinumerik/hmi/cfg

imiw_1.com
Copy this file into the path CF Card/oem/sinumerik/hmi/proj

After HMI OFF/ON, the imiw_1.com can be started by pressing the HK “CUSTOM”.

imiw_1.com is only an example of a file.
This file should be replaced by an actual configuration.
To do this, also change the corresponding entry in the easyscreen.ini.
For example
