看到一个论文（基于step7和wincc结构下的SOE 1ms功能的实现）
里面给出了实现的步骤，其中在软件组态方面，第一步就是通过FB62读取带时间标签的信息，然后看到FB62帮助里面有这么一句话：
Hardware configuration
You can only use FB TIMESTMP for configurations which support time forwarding and timestamps for binary signals. These are for example:
CPUs
CPU 4xx with a CP443-5 that forwards time message frames (as of 6GK7443-5DX02-0XE0)orCPU 4xx with forwarding function for time message frames (e.g. CPU416-2 DP as of firmware V3.0)

只要CPU满足二进制的传送和时间戳，下面给出的例子是400. 300的有这些功能么？
