我们单位有一个S7-414-3DP的cpu下挂了连个IM153-1(DP 4号和5号)机架,现在想再继续增加一个IM153-1(DP,6号)机架。
6号机架中第一个通道为DO32*24V,第二个通道为DI32*24V.使用的上位机软件为STEP7 V5.5 SP2, 当硬件下下去之后,CPU就无法工作。诊断数据如下:

如果再次将5号机架的DP插头拨到ON位置,并重新下原来的组态(就是把6号从站的硬件组态删除了),CPU就显示一切正常。
但是就算是组态错误,为何错误是发生在原有的5号从站上面呢?
另外,OB85, 0B86, OB121, OB122这些我都是有写入CPU的。
请高手帮助分析下,原因何在,谢谢。
