我这里TRT发电CPU414H冗余系统主站CP443-1EX20－0XE0版本v2.1突然报错，INTF,EXTF,BUSF三个红灯闪，MAINT和STOP2个黄灯闪，RUN灯不亮。主CPU无报警且在运行状态。WINCC与故障CP无法通迅，STPEP7与故障CP也无法通讯。
重启故障CP后，CPU和CP的INTF红灯常亮，其它红灯不亮。主CPU和CP同时重启后正常。
一个月前我在线修改下载程序时也出现过同样故障，当时重启主从CPU和CP都不行，只好把硬件组态重下了一次才恢复正常。
在主从CPU的诊断缓冲区只能看到CPU重启事件，没有CP故障事件。在CP的诊断缓冲区看到的事件时间都是1984年1月1日的，很让偶郁闷。请高手帮忙分析一下。
