编程的原因是我们厂用的包装称:I0.0是夹袋请求,I0.1是下料, I0.2是快下料到达目标值 。 I0.3是慢下料到达的目标值。 I0.4是卸料。I0.5是清零。Q0.0是夹袋。Q0.1是快下料。Q0.2是慢下料
点动I0.0后 Q0.0吸合,致使I0.0保持吸合状态,同快慢下料同时下料。到达目标值后停止下料,按下I0.4松开夹袋。有两个需要注意的地方,第一是在这个过程中,按下I0.4不放开,快慢下料同时停止,松开I0.4夹袋汽缸松开。第二是没有准备下料时,按下I0.4夹袋,但不下料,松开时汽缸松开
