一,仅仅断开阀岛输出端(输入端的24VDC此时是接通的),然后重新接通阀岛电源输出端的24VDC电源的时候,CPU只是调用OB82,诊断信息如下:

二,断开整个阀岛电源(包括输入端和输出端)的24VDC电源,CPU先调用一次OB86。然后重新接通的时候,CPU再调用一次OB82,OB86。

最后,安全继电器触点是串联在输出单元的总进线电源中。我目前做了调整,就是保证阀岛的输出端的电源一直有,看看以后会不会再出现问题。如果不出现问题,那就说明阀岛的输出端的24VDC电源被断掉的时候引起了网络问题。
可是,即使最后的实验证明,很有可能是阀岛的输出端的24VDC电源被断掉的时候引起了网络问题。那这是为什么呢???阀岛的输出端只是负责 Q 点的输出,与 I 点无关啊。况且阀岛的输出端的24VDC电源被断掉的时候,CPU的BF指示灯没有报网络故障啊。
