On a MM440 or 420. I am tying to udjust the frequency using the BOP.
I have set the param as follows P700=1, P1000=1, P1035=19.D, P1036=19.E.

Maybe there is some thing that I am doing wrong. It only allows me to change the frequency at P1040. even that it doesnt take it sametime. after changing the value I have to stop it and start it again for it to take the new value. I dont know maybe this is how its works. But want to be able to adjust the fruquency on a RUN using the BOP.

Hello,

Your parameter settings is ok for operating from BOP. Parameter P1040 is the main set point or minimum set point. When start the drive, drive runs at this set point. For above this minimum set point you need to operate Up/ Down key.

It is not working on both the MM440 and 420. I have tried everything.

Hello,
Paramters are correct. Try to reset the MM4 to factory setting and then make quick commissioning again and tell us if this solve your problem.
MM4 manual wrote:
To reset all parameters to the factory default settings; the following parameters should
be set as follows:
Set P0010 = 30
Set P0970 = 1
Note
The reset process takes approximately 10 seconds to complete. Reset to Factory
default

Ahh sorry guys. The problem was when you finish Quick Commissining you must go back to
to read out parameter r0000 and press P on the BOP, Then it will give you the right to adjust the frequency on the BOP.
