重新安装西门子的软件，安装顺序：
1、STEP 7 V5.5 SP3
2、SCOUT 4.3 SP1
3、WINCC FLEXIBLE 2008 SP3
安装后，打开STEP 7的硬件组态，对原来的硬件组态进行“save and compile”，报警提示，如图1；
然后按提示在STEP 7中执行“configure the technology”，电脑自动运行SCOUT 4.3，过了一段时间后，报警提示，如图2；
然后再SCOUT软件上执行“check consistency”，报警提示，如图3；
最后发觉SCOUT 上的驱动器参数所有都不能改动；如图4；
我安装的西门子软件列表，如图5；
请问这个是什么问题？注：原程序是用STEP V5.5 SP2/SCOUT 4.2/WINCC FLEXIBLE 2008 SP2编写的。
还有一个问题，用WINCC FLEXIBLE 2007生成的执行程序***.fwx，可以在WINCC FLEXIBLE 2008 SP3 RUNING LOADER上执行吗？

由于不能贴图片，我把报警的大概意思说一说：
图片1：工程是用旧的S7-Technology编写的，请在SIMATIC Manager执行“configure technology”；
图片2：should the project data be opened read-only？
the write protection can also be revoked at a later data。
note：NO HMI component can generally be displayed with a write protected project。
图片3：project not consistent
the project is not consistent and therefore cannot be loaded to the target system 。
note the “compile /check output”。
图片4和5都不方便打出来了。
