Thanks to you all. I am sorry for being away for so long time.
Anyway, it’s a kind of help to me no matter what you said. I appreciate your participation.
I have got the project done. It’s running nicely.
I replaced old Drives with 2 MM440; one for rolling feeder, another for winder. The materials appears as rolls sitting on roller stand driven by rolling feeder, and, the winder winds the isolating clothes while the feeder feeding material onto conveyer. (There is a layer of isolating clothes between each layer of materials in case all the materials stick together.)
It’s needed to keep tension all the time between feeder and winder in order to make cloth roller rolling tight. What I was wondering before is that it may be a problem for controlling tension because both feeder and winder are free to rotate.
Now, the drives work with SLVC; speed control with feeder and speed/torque control switchover with winder. I take advantage of the mechanical system inertia and torque control function with winder to achieve good tension control performance without adding any equipment and components. Switching speed/torque control was done via P1501 even when drive running.
