今天公司的一台840D系统出现了故障，某个轴无法动作，在点动情况下出现报警代码：25201轴伺服故障；21612轴复位使能，原因3；230021功率单元接地；每次都是一点动就出报警，不点动时界面上无报警信息，自动的时候当运行到该轴的程序时就报警。程序可以在线监控，各个使能信号条件都满足，及时报警信息出现，轴的使能信号还是通的。然后我准备用simotion在线监控，一直连不上，刚开始用的是网线连接，不成功，后来改用PC adapter MPI总线连，还是不成功，在接口设置单元里面也都设置对了。我还以为自己的电脑有问题，拿到别的伺服系统上面可以正常监控。连接时出现的报警信息如下：

刚开始打开simotion软件时还会提示缺少软件安装包，我还特意请教了网上的朋友安装了相应的安装包，现在都已经装成功了，没有在提示下图的信息，可就是在线监控无法实现：
