414-5H冗余系统，Master CPU启动成功，另外一块CPU无法启动。REDF灯亮，无法同步。但同步光纤之类的都是好的，硬件配置也没有错。因为我们这次有好几组414-5HCPU，拿其他的调试完成的程序和硬件配置灌进去也是一样的故障。
