各位大侠：
小弟之前能安装step7 v4.0软件，后来使用过程中出现了错误，就打算卸载掉，然后重新安装。，重新安装的时候需要卸载先前已安装好的程序。但我在控制面板中的添加或删除程序来卸载，出现了报警，无法删除。显示描述如下：
1 Do you want to completely romove the selected application and all of its components? 按确定后显示
2 Did not find shared Comm client list in registry at:software \siemens\ microsystems\communications\clients 按确定后显示
3 Failed to access the shared communications client list:software \siemens\ microsystems\communications\clients 按确定后显示
4 Could not find uninstall string for shared communication at:software \siemens\ microsystems\communications\clients 按确定后显示
5 Could not parse uninstall string 按确定后结束。
请问如何才能完全卸载掉200软件，先谢谢各位大侠了！
