CPU是414-2 DP PROFIBUS上一共9个从站，站地址 3.4.5.6.7.9.10.12.20 诊断地址 8187 8189 8188 8187

8186 8181 8184 8179 8182 。
现在的问题是 有时CPU掉线 ，BUS2F指示灯闪烁。重新上线后能正常工作。
用诊断缓冲区诊断后发现OB86机架故障。我把诊断缓冲区的诊断内容发上来请大侠看看
