设备运行过程中突然停止，联网检查发现CPU处于stop状态，SF灯常亮，查看报警信息如下，到底是什么原因引起的停机，是由于OB86引起的还是OB82，可能还有些故障信息被覆盖了，另外OB82和OB86有什么区别，我的PLC里边OB82和OB86都有，但是为什么CPU还会进入STOP状态？另外CPU能存几条故障信息？
因为出现OB82的模块和出现0B86的模块都是通过profibus串在一起的 ，所以到底是那个模块的profibus出故障了？
