如果“Value = 0 --> The dynamic following error monitoring is de-activated.”不成立,那么公差零
是一动就报警?
Des cription: Sets the tolerance for the dynamic following error monitoring.
If the dynamic following error (r2563) exceeds the selected tolerance, then an appropriate fault is output.
