在站组态编辑器无法删除增加操作，一操作就提示component 1 still has 1 connection(s),which means that
communication cannot be closed down yet. you can wait until the connections are terminated or restart the pc. do you want to restart the pc now ? Yes No

每次重启再操作还是这种提示。我试着用msconfig把相关服务都关了，重启还是这种提示。请问该如何解决？
系统环境：WinXP sp3+ SIMATIC NET 2008 HF1+winccV70SP3A
PC上安装了CP5611，然后连接到两台S7200 EM277模块
我判断是wincc服务在电脑进入桌面前就把连接占用了，但不知是那个服务项，请老师们指导！
