本人使用windows7 64位 SP1系统，安装step7 5.5 SP2版本软件在安装完成之后，在使用归档和恢复程序是软件提示3020:8报错，无法执行PKzp命令
unable to generate the process for the archive program command 'S7 arconx.exe c:\program files\PKWARE\PKZIP\Pkzip.exe -mask=none -times=all -extact -directories=current -overwite=prompt
d:\显示的是程序路径

请问有没有遇到这类问题的，我重新安装系统和软件都是如此。
