点击SIMATIC Manager图标运行时出现对话框提示：
STEP 7 has found a problem with the Automation License Manager. The application is closing.Please reinstall the Automation License Manager

但是，点开 Automation License Manager. 运行一切正常。授权也有效。
重新安装 Automation License Manager. 还是一样。
重新安装 STEP 7还是同样故障。
看来是我的系统ODBC数据库环境配置坏了。不知道如何修正
