首先,先谢谢各位的指导!斜坡(P464)加长只能稍微缓解,并无法真正排除故障;装置额定电压(P071)也加大过,没有作用!
我感觉K版说的情况可能是真正的故障原因(因为不管升速降速还是停车,制动电阻两端都没有电压),目前手头没有外置制动单元,也无法进行尝试!这个外置制动单元是怎么使用的,因为MC上有内置的制动单元,再添加一个外置的制动单元,会不会有冲突。请K版指导一下,也算是另外一个处理方法。
另外我这个系统是外带机械刹车的,就是说把使能去掉后,会有机械刹车把装置刹停!刹停时间在3S左右!
另外再请教一下,MC控制器中P605 P606 P607 P608 P609 是怎么工作的,怎么调节的?

这个参数好像和6SE70参数差不多意思
您的负载大不大?能不能全部靠抱闸制动啊?或者变频器先减速一段时间,然后再报警之前直接撤OFF2自由停车,抱闸制动。
如果可能的话,再加制动单元也没问题的,两套的话,只是哪个设置的电压低,哪个制动单元先启动,设置高的基本上用的很少了~除非低的那个容量不够,电压降不下来~
