2016年1月29日 工厂的一套设备出现故障。

背景如下：

该设备有一台 S7-1500 ,  四台S7-1200 ；四台EPSON机器手；10个 G120C ， 四个SMC阀岛EX600组成Profinet网络。

一台 S7-1500 ,  四台S7-1200 ；四台EPSON机器手都是通过 SCALANCE XB005 连接到D-Link 以太网交换机。

10个 G120C ， 四个SMC阀岛EX600通过网线连接到D-Link 以太网交换机。

这个个网络中,   有两台D-Link 以太网交换机。

现在问题出在四个 SMC阀岛。

四个 SMC阀岛 EX600，出现BF 有个 红色警示灯一直处于红色报警状态。

查了一下SMC 手册，BF 灯   显示的是 通讯状态  “ Displays the communication status ”

细细看：

BF持续显示为红色，有这么几种可能

Either of the following conditions:

?Power supply for the PLC is OFF.                                              // PLC 没有上电 

?The cable between the PLC and SI unit is not connected.   // PLC与EX600的SI模块没有连接

?The PLC or the SI unit has broken.                                          //   PLC或EX600的SI模块 有一个已经损坏

?The configuration data of the PLC and the Device Name of the SI unit are not consistent

// PLC 的设定参数 以及   PLC与EX600的SI模块的设备名称 不存在 (not consistent)。

1. ping  EX600

   没有收到及时响应

2. ping  S7-1500

         可以收到及时响应。

     3. 更换 EX600 中的输入输出模块，

        没有效果

     4.更换以太网交换机

        没有效果

     5.更换 EX600 中的网络线 

        没有效果

     6. 更换 EX600 中的SI模块

        不知道是否需要 变更什么参数。比如GSD文件。

        仍无法ping 到 EX600
