Simotion Scout v4.4.0.2 HF2程序打不开

我一共有新旧3台笔记本，其中1台旧的和1台家用的打开没有问题。但是自己主用公司的那台电脑就出现了问题，拷贝过来的S7程序无法打开。提示：

Open Project(WS7S:206)

The project is write-protected or is already being used by another process on a different computer.

You can try to open the project write-protected. Changs may be lost on closing. Do you want to open the project write-protected?

选择yes后提示：

Error occurred while opening the project!

C:\Programe Files (x86)\Siemens\Step7\S7Proj\xxxx\xxxx.s7p

Access to the project has been denied.

3台电脑我安装方式都是一样的，都是先Step7后Scout再WinCC，所以不应该是安装问题。

虽然其他两台没有问题，但我还是怀疑是程序问题。于是我在Scout里新建一个项目。然后又出现问题：

Creat Project:

An internal error occurred while creating the new project.

Exit the application and restart!

之后关闭程序，再次打开Scout，结果再次出现错误，和打开我拷贝的项目一样！

新建的项目，还没有任何内容，结果还是write-protected or already being used…
