求好心人帮帮忙，事情是这样的。我这里工厂的触摸屏用着有问题，厂家建议我升级到博途V13_SP1或者V14.因为之前的项目是用V13写的，所以我只能下载V13_SP1,才能兼容识别项目。但是在下载过程中遇到了一些问题。

我在Industry online support注册了自己的账号，但是官方的邮件回复并没有给我限制下载的认证，邮件内容是这样的：

于是我就把自己的信息重新更新了一下，但是目前还没收到认证邮件，因为比较着急我就尝试着在官方进行下载，陆陆续续下载了20多个G文件，但是下面几个exe文件没法下载，提示：

You cannot download this file, since your registration inquiry is still being processed.
