职位:  DCS技术支持工程师( PCS 7技术支持工程师 )

工作地点: 北京

职位描述:

主要职责:

• PCS 7过程控制系统的技术和工程应用支持

• 负责热线支持, 最终使客户满意

• 负责项目的售前支持和方案咨询

• 负责项目的售后支持, 包括设计咨询, 组态指导, 开通和调试支持, 以及现场服务等

• 负责技术培训, 以及知识管理等

要求:

• 自动化或相关专业本科以上学历；

• 3年以上自动化控制系统工程经历（设计、安装、编程组态及调试）；

• 具有DCS、PLC或SCADA的实际应用经验，熟悉SIEMENS产品者佳( PCS 7、S7-300/400或WinCC等)；

• 具有数据库知识或IT背景者更佳；

• 具有熟练的英语听、说和阅读能力；

• 具有很好的沟通技巧，团队合作精神，以及客户之上的意识。

Requirement of Technical Support Engineer (CS)

Position:   DCS Technical Support Engineer ( PCS 7 Technical Support Engineer) 

Location: Beijing

Required time: As soon as possible

Job description:

Main tasks:

• Technical & Engineering Consultant for PCS 7.

• Assist on technical consulting and solution support in presales phase

• Technical hotline support to customer till customers are satisfied

• Project support and consulting during system designing, installation, system and application programming, commissioning etc.

• Make the technical seminar/training or working on the knowledge management.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in Automation

• 3+yrs practical engineering experience in automation engineering company or DI ( Including: Designing, Installation, Programming & Commissioning)

• Sound experience in DCS, PLC or SCADA system; Experience of Siemens product ( PCS 7, S7-300/400 or WinCC, etc.) would be better.

• Database Knowledge or IT Background would be a special plus

• Good command of speaking and reading in English.       

• With good communication skill, Good sense of teamwork and Customer Oriented Sense.
