我现在手上一个工程，是CPU319挂了一些profinet从站，但是有一个从站报错。

ob121监视里面没有错误根本不运行，删除ob121块CPU也不停机，我在电脑上面ping这个子站的ip也可以ping通，但是我在ＰＬＣ的硬件诊断里面会报错，ob86也不运行。
