firmware 能更新是个好事，我的问题是：

1、怎么能在硬件上看出 CPU 的firmware呢？ 

 （我的客户都是 OEM 客户，当设备出问题时，不排除通过存储卡升级程序。现场没有电脑，即使有也不可能会用TIA，所以只能用存储卡。但西门子升级程序需要对应 firmare，所以有需求从外观看出是什么版本，然后提供对应的存储卡更新程序。）

2、西门子网站下载 firmware 是不是还需要授权啊？ 我已经注册了用户，为啥最终还是提示不能下载呢？
