Position:  PLC Technical Support Engineer

Location: Xi’An

职位描述:

工作职责:

• 为用户提供满意的热线技术支持服务；

• 为客户解答基于Siemens PLC产品方面的技术问题；

教育:

• 本科或以上学历

• 自动化与控制等相关专业

知识/语言:

• 扎实的工业自动化及控制理论知识

• 良好的英语阅读及口语能力

经验:

• 1年以上自动化工程或现场应用经验；

• 1年以上PLC使用经验；

• 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神

Job description:

Tasks:

• Technical hotline support to customer till customers are satisfied.

• Support customer to solve the technical problem based on Siemens PLC product.

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above;

• Majoring in Automation or related field

Knowledge/Languages:

• Solid knowledge of industry automation system and control theory

• Good English in reading and speaking

Experience:

• 1+ years’ working experience in automation engineering or onsite application;

• 1+ years’ working experience in PLC, and so on;

• Good skill in communication & team work is required.
