What are my responsibilities?
1.Support customer to solve the technical problem based on Siemens LV Communication product;
2.Establish individual competence based on LV (LP and CP) products, accumulate and develop related application and branch knowledge;
3. Provide technical support/service for internal/external customer;
4.To deliver clarification on technology and pre-sale support for Customer with right knowledge to help Customer use product and system in correct way;
5.To deliver support to customer via Technical Support Hotline;
6. To solve customer's problems during designing, installation, programming, commissioning and operation;
7, To work out knowledge documents to share internally and externally;
8. Customized training for internal staff and customer on product / application;
9.Other related tasks assigned by superior;
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. More than 3 years’ on-site experience: commissioning / operation / installation / designing;
2. Basic industry automation practical experience on project and engineering;
3. Sound LV field practical experience on project and engineering;
4. Solid knowledge of industry automation system and control theory;
5. Siemens automation product knowledge; 6. LV theory knowledge;
7. System and Application knowledge;
8. Siemens LV product knowledge;
9. Good command of writing, speaking and reading in English.
