Job Title： Sourcing Manager
Report To： Operations Manager

职位设置目的Job Purpose：
Set up a Database of electro-mechanical compenents suppliers for APC China
Follow company’s purchase procedures and status of orders
Deal with the suppliers on:
technical exchange, sampling, price negotiation, production, delivery time, trouble-shooting,customer complaints etc.
Deal with technical information from the mother company and/or Chinese suppliers as well as provide technical advices
主要职责范围Responsibilities:
Control suppliers’ performance on delivery and service level
Carry out quality control independently,in cases organize quality control with support from technical team
Help APC China and European units to reduce the purchase cost
专业知识、资历与技能Requirements：
Age 28 to 38 y
Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with strong technical background
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the field of electrical compents purchasing industry
Good knowledge of purchase procedure
Good command of negotiation and communication skills both in English and
Chinese with outgoing personality
Rich experience in cost and material controlling
ERP knowledge would be an advantage
