各位高手,请教下绝对值编码器的电机,做模态轴,速比1:10;

p2506:360000;LR length unit LU per load revolution

p2576:360000;EPOS modulo correction modulo range

出现以下报警，需要更改哪些参数啊

使用scout软件调试,回零报警:

F07442 (A)   LR: Multiturn does not match the modulo range V04.80    

Cause:    

The ratio between the multiturn   resolution and the modulo range (p2576) is not an integer number.    

This results in the adjustment being   set back, as the position actual value cannot be reproduced after   switch-off/switch-on.    

Remedy:    

Make the ration between the   multiturn resolution and the modulo range an integer number.    

The ratio v is calculated as   follows:    

1. Motor encoder without position   tracking    

v = (p0421 * p2506 * p0433 * p2505)   / (p0432 * p2504 * p2576)  

2. Motor encoder with position   tracking for the measuring gear    

v = (p0412 * p2506 * p2505) / (p2504   * p2576)    

3. Motor encoder with position   tracking for the load gear    

v = (p2721 * p2506 * p0433) / (p0432   * p2576)    

4. Motor encoder with position   tracking for the load and measuring gear    

v = (p2721 * p2506) /   p2576    

5. Direct encoder without position   tracking    

v = (p0421 * p2506 * p0433) / (p0432   * p2576)    

6. Direct encoder with position   tracking for the measuring gear    

v = (p0412 * p2506) / p2576    

Note:    

With position tracking, it is   recommended that p0412 and p2721 are changed
