请教各位一个STEP7 V5.6安装到Win10 系统出现的问题。

V5.6软件是从西门子官网下载的；安装之后，启动Simatic Manager时，

提示：STEP7 has found a problem with the Automation License Manager. The Application is closing. Please reinstall the Automation License Manager.

此时，尝试手动启动Automation License Manager，出现错误：The "Automation License Manager Service" has not been started! Please start the Service.

尝试 从电脑的“计算机管理”那里启动Automation License Manager；但是无法启动，即Automation License Manager始终处于停止状态。

重新安装Automation License Manager，依然出现上述的问题。

请教各位，是否遇到过这个问题，该如何处理呢？
