最近我单位两台进口机床出现诡异报警,小弟知识有限搞不定,请各位高手帮助分析,谢谢.
机床一加工中心:2120 NCK fan alarm.
　　510303　I平方t feed module
cause:feed module of one several axes was
overloaded.
elimination:reduce feedrate.
700104:Emergency stop in case of overtemperature drive
(I平方t)
cause:temperature or drive module current too high
for an extended period.
机床2磨床:2120 NCK fan alarm.
700218 Axis drive module overtemperature(K00-A1)
两台机床都是在休息两天没有加工后出现上述报警的(上一个工作日都一切正常),休息日里机床处于待机状态,主电源未关.NKC的风扇不工作,风扇是好的.
已经作过的处理工作:加工中心---PLC恢复,E/R模块的更换.之后就感
觉无从下手了.
