在操作系统“开始”菜单中，打开“控制面板 > 程序和功能”。

选择组件“Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) 服务器”。

激活选项“Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) 服务器核心”。

禁用附属组件。

激活“消息队列”(Message Queuing) 选项，同时激活其下的“消息队列服务”(Message Queuing Services) 和“消息队列服务器”(Message Queuing Server) 选项。
