1、故障现象

700321   error E/R modul current；

700306   temperature warning drive A；

21611    channel 1 NC-controlled Extended Stop/Retract triggered。

并伴随 E/R modul的Enable黄灯熄灭。

此现象有时会在加工1件产品过程中，出现3-5次，按[Reset]键可消除报警；随后，按[aggregates ON]钮机床恢复工作。报警时，在线查STEP7中FC101的Network 4，E2.0（ER-modul is on）常开点呈断开状态（正常：闭合），E2.1（ER-modul actuall）常开点呈闭合状态（正常：闭合）。

更换了相同型号的电源模块，但上述报警仍出现。

2、处理方法（原因是过热）

修改参数：
选A轴，(Menu/Select, Diagnose, Service Displays, Service drive)

原来设置
1602 $MD_MOTOR_TEMP_WARN_LIMIT 50
1607 $MD_MOTOR_TEMP_SHUTDOWN_LIMIT 60

改成以下
1602 $MD_MOTOR_TEMP_WARN_LIMIT 90
1607 $MD_MOTOR_TEMP_SHUTDOWN_LIMIT 105
