有一台CPU319，在断电停机3个月后重新上电启动，发现启动后进入不了RUN，把CPU拨到STOP后再拨到RUN，LED指示灯里的RUN闪烁6次后灭掉，CPU依然处在STOP中。
硬件组态里没有分站掉站，看在线程序也没有丢失。在把profibus、profinet线全拔掉后单CPU启动，仍然如此，从旁边换了一个CPU过来也还是这样，请问这是哪里的有问题？
