The compact module is simply integrated
into the SIMATIC S7-200 automation
system as an expansion module.
Data for the actual weight value can be
accessed directly in the SIMATIC CPU
without an additional interface.

SIWAREX MS is a universal weighing
module you can use for a wide range
of different technical weighing applications.
SIMATIC S7-200 can be used
in combination with SIWAREX MS to
create freely configurable, modular
weighing systems with one or several
scales which can be adapted to your
operational requirements as you like.
In addition, you can easily expand the
system by applying the same settings
used for an installed scale to further
scales.
SIWAREX MS is easy to operate and can
be quickly exchanged if necessary.
System integration ensures system-wide
and uniform communications between
all system components with the use of
diagnostic functions in the automation
plant.
