通讯的设置按照网上课堂里面设置做的，买了授权
1.通过S7_CONNECTION DIAGNOSTIC诊断以后WINCC Application的状态是NOT Used,
2.而且在WINCC画面运行的时候会有提示窗口如下：
Caution:you do not have a license
